Payment: Must accompany form. Checks Should Be Made Payable to Lisle HSO Council

Pick Up Date: Saturday, April 30, 2011 - Rain or Shine

Pick Up Time: 12pm - 2pm

Pick Up Place: Lisle Senior High School (1800 Short Street) Parking Lot

toward the Lisle HSO Council Scholarship/Awards Fund
